Edward Boney has more than 15 years of experience in the resource sector, and has held senior positions at exploration, development and producing mining companies with both Canadian and international operations. He previously worked for Deloitte & Touche LLP, where he was involved with the audits of some of the world’s largest mining companies and asset valuations in the Canadian oil and gas sector, and was seconded for eighteen months on a major international forensic accounting assignment in Europe. Mr. Boney is a member of the Institute of Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia. He has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Victoria and a Diploma in Accounting from the University of British Columbia in Canada.
